A well thought out design is the first step to a successful landscaping project; your landscape design is your primary tool for communication between you, your landscape designer and your installation crew. Equally important to your project is the involvement of the designer on site with the crew, it is crucial to the preservation of your design’s integrity, it is a tool for the designer to gain knowledge and inspiration, and it is a form of continuing education on installation techniques and design feasibility.

Design Build Process

Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation, we have the opportunity to meet you on your site, you can interview us, and we can get a feel for your needs and goals for your landscape. At this time we can quote the number of hours required to generate a comprehensive landscape plan.

Preliminary Design
At this time your designer will be creating a CAD drawing that incorporates both your objectives and their aesthetic expertise. The preliminary plan will be presented, comments noted, and budget considerations fine tuned prior to completion of the final plan.

Final Design
Any revisions that were noted on the preliminary plan will be integrated in this stage and an installation proposal will be presented. Once the plan is finalized and the installation proposal has been signed, the project will be scheduled for installation.

Production
This is the phase in the project where the design becomes a reality, as the crew implements your landscape plan. Throughout the production your designer will be in communication with you, the owner, and the project foreman, via telephone and frequent site visits to answer any questions and address any issues that may arise on site.

Final Walk Through
Upon completion of the installation, your designer and foreman will give you a tour of your new landscape and answer any questions that you might have along the way. We will also train you on care and maintenance of your new outdoor living space.
