Candyce Smith

Candyce joined our team in 2021, bringing more than a decade of experience as an HR professional. After moving to Colorado in 2006, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Originally from Washington State, Candyce and her husband now raise their three boys on their family farmstead in Northern Colorado, surrounded by generations of relatives. Outside of work, she can often be found chasing after her boys or enjoying the open plains on horseback. As the champion for our employees and company core values, Candyce is passionate about fostering a supportive, engaged, and values-driven workplace culture.
