Kent Bonebrake

Kent joined the team in 2014 as a construction laborer and quickly proved himself through a strong work ethic and natural leadership. By 2017, he was promoted to foreman, and in the fall of 2024, he stepped into his current role as Project Manager. In this position, Kent works closely with field crews to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality—something the entire team can take pride in. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and dogs, and can often be found exploring the mountains throughout the year.
